Able Taiwan We opend this shop in Taiwan in 1987, and we were the first one to do the real estate in Taiwan. We have been offering the best serive. Since then, a number of the business got up to 20,000 and not only Japanese who live in taiwan, but local people in Taiwan are really close to us. We try to make your life in Taiwan comfortably. About Rental agency service

Able Taiwan We will be giving you the best service. Show you a place, help you to move-in. We even support any problems while you live there, and also help you when you move out.

Fees for the agency	One month rent

Renewal fee	10% of the rent

Specific information about the rental agency service

Rental agency does all the work listed below. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Application, Contract	You will be making temporary contract form when you pay deposit We will do the paper work. We are able to give you one in Japanese if you wish. The official contract form will be in Chinese.
Move-in	We will make sure your equipments are ok, and your gas, electricity, and water meter is right. We also help you to move-in.
Move-in support	In case you have a facility failure or have to repair something, we will make an appointment and translate. We help you to set up cable tv and internet. We will claim and nagotiate with the owner when you have problems.
Renewal contract	We will contact and negotioate to your owner when you have to renew the contract. We also help you to make some paper works.
Cancel notification	We will be sending your cancellation form to your owner when you move out.
